Cancellation Policy

  • All registrations will be processed through Constant Contact.
  • All online payments will be processed through WePay on behalf of Constant Contact

 

  • Refunds
    • Webinars: Under no circumstances will a refund be given on all Webinars.
    • Events and Classes: Refunds will only be given until 10 days prior to the event or class. Under no circumstances, will refunds will be given afterward. A written request must be received within 48 hours for a refund to be processed.

 

  • Chargeback / Fraud notices
    • If a chargeback or fraud notice is received, registration for the event or class will be canceled immediately and the chargeback will be disputed. When the dispute is found in our favor by WePay, a $40.00 administrative fee will be assessed and due upon receipt.

 

  • Attendee information
    • Contact information for attendees of events, classes, or webinars must be correct. IIASF is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete registration information.

 

  • Membership Fees vs. Non-Membership Fees
    • IIASF reserves the right to promote events with fees for members and nonmembers.
    • Membership status of registered attendees will be verified for each class, event or webinar.
    • Non-members who register with member pricing must pay the difference in order keep the registration for the class or event.
    • Webinars are strictly for Members only. Upon verification, non-members registration will be canceled and the webinar fee will be refunded.
